  • Schedule/Conduct the final walk through meeting to include the bride,       groom, the venue and caterer
  • Monthly planning meetings with bride and groom as needed.
  • Hand select and manage your design team including florals, rentals, linens, stationery, decor and signage
  • Assist in reviewing vendor contracts to assure accuracy
  • Communicate regularly with all vendors to insure all arrangements are on track
  • Create a wedding day itinerary
